1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VibeRosterplatform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services Description

VibeRoster provides a platform to browse DJ and entertainment talent, submit event booking inquiries, manage communications, and process event-related payments. Services may include DJ performance, MC hosting, sound production, and related entertainment services. Specific service details are outlined in individual booking agreements.

3. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from the platform operator. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation and the required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion. Confirmed bookings create a binding agreement between the client and VibeRoster.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of booking confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Remaining balances are due as specified in your booking agreement. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VibeRoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
