- Name, email address, and phone number provided in booking forms
- Event details including date, venue, guest count, and event type
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store raw card data)
- Messages and communications sent through the platform
- Device and usage information (IP address, browser type)
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Process and manage your booking requests
- Communicate about your event and any updates
- Process payments and send receipts
- Provide customer support
- Improve our platform and services
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI Assistance Disclosure
We use AI assistance (Press Guardian AI) to help with booking recommendations, draft communication suggestions, and administrative summaries. Your booking information and messages may be processed by AI systems to improve response quality. AI-generated responses are reviewed and supervised by our team. We do not sell your data to AI training providers.
4. Payment Processing (Stripe)
We use Stripe for payment processing. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only a payment confirmation and last-four card digits for record keeping. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain booking records for a period necessary to fulfill legal and business obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to our retention obligations.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
