1. Photography & Video Policy
VibeRoster may capture photographs and video recordings at events where our talent is performing. This media may include performances, event atmosphere, equipment setup, and crowd interactions. Media capture is conducted to document our work for portfolio purposes, social media, and promotional materials.
Our talent and staff may also create short-form video content (reels, stories, clips) from event performances for use on social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Consent
By booking and confirming an event with VibeRoster, you acknowledge that photography and video may be captured during the event. If your event is private or you have restrictions on media capture, you must notify us in writing prior to the event date.

3. Usage Rights
Media captured at events where platform talent is performing is owned by VibeRoster. We reserve the right to use such media for:
- Our website gallery and portfolio
- Social media platforms and promotional campaigns
- Press kits and booking materials
- Internal review and quality assurance
We will not license or sell media containing identifiable guests to third parties without separate written consent.
4. Opt-Out Process
If you wish to opt out of media capture at your event, or request removal of specific content that has already been published, contact us via the Contact page with the subject line "Media Opt-Out Request". We will process opt-out requests prior to the event and removal requests within 14 business days.
