Community Guidelines

1. Respect & Professionalism

VibeRoster connects clients with professional entertainment talent. All users — clients and creators alike — are expected to engage with respect, honesty, and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in account suspension.

2. Authentic Information

Provide accurate information when booking events or listing as a creator. False information, fake reviews, or impersonation of any person or organization is strictly prohibited.

3. No Spam or Solicitation

Do not use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or to solicit users for services outside of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

Only upload or share content you own or have rights to. Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Media rights for events are governed by the separate Media Rights Agreement.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Explicit sexual content
• Content that endangers minors
• Fraudulent booking requests or fake reviews

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, use the in-app report feature or email us at support@viberoster.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning depending on severity. Repeated or severe violations will be escalated and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

8. Updates

These guidelines may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current guidelines.
