Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window
Refund eligibility is based on how far in advance the cancellation is submitted relative to the confirmed event date:
7+ Days Before Event — Full Refund
Cancellations submitted 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
3–7 Days Before Event — 50% Refund
Cancellations submitted between 3 and 7 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of total payments made.
Fewer than 3 Days Before Event — No Refund
Cancellations submitted fewer than 3 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund. [Note for attorney: Review enforceability and add exceptions for documented emergencies.]
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page or reply to your booking confirmation email. Include your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the transaction.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund determination was made in error, you may escalate the matter by contacting us in writing with supporting documentation. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written dispute request.
