Data Deletion Policy

Your Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from VibeRoster at any time. We process deletion requests promptly and will confirm completion within 30 days.

In-App Account Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account and personal data is directly through the app:

You must be signed in to use self-service deletion. This immediately anonymizes your personal data and revokes your session.

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer manual processing, email us at support@viberoster.com with subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 5 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your session tokens and authentication data
• Password reset tokens

What Is Retained

Certain records must be retained for legal compliance even after account deletion:

• Booking records— anonymized (your name replaced with “Deleted User”, contact info removed)
• Financial records — retained for 7 years per tax and accounting requirements
• Audit logs — retained for security and fraud prevention (no personal identifiers after anonymization)

Data Retention Period

After deletion, anonymized booking data is retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial reporting obligations. All other personal data is removed immediately upon deletion.

Third-Party Data

If you made payments through Stripe, those records are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Contact Stripe directly to request deletion of payment data.
